ANALYSIS OF KEY INFLUENCING FACTORS ON HEAT TRANSFER OF REFRACTORY HEAT INSULATION LINING ON GASIFIER DOME
This article, taking the actually-measured data during a typical commercialized running of the natural gas gasifier of a chemical fertilizer plant as a basis, has proceeded a verification of theoretical heat transfer computation for the outer wall temperature on gasifier dome by employing a heat transfer theory in steady state, and with the sensitivity analysis of key factors in the heat transfer of dome refractory heat insulation lining the article has indicated that the effect of Mullite bricks on the temperature of dome outer wall is the biggest and this has theoretically proved that the essential physical parameter controlling the heat transfer of refractory heat insulation lining on dome is the thermal conductivity of bricks;hence,to select an appropriate thermal conductivity of heat insulation layer in the heat transfer computation and setting-up design of dome refractory heat insulation lining is the key in preventing the excess temperature presented on dome outer wall and thus,a theoretical support basis has been provided for both the setting-up design and heat transfer computation of heat insulation lining on gasifier dome.
